I was excited to get the chance to create a batch of card art for Valve's new Artifact game. I was provided several images of the pre-existing in-game model to follow. Due to the comparatively simply style of that design I was approved to create new minor details in order to meet this more realistic and closeup view of the character. Chen is a stoic and stalwart protector who uses his power to heal and shield his allies. I also did the art for this ability card Hand of God.
